Enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, area of interest and project message. With your agreement, these details are sent to our team to respond to your enquiry. The form uses our website server and email service; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Email delivery can fail, so use the direct phone or email link if you need another way to reach us.

Successful submissions are passed to the email system. The website form handler does not keep a separate copy of enquiry content. Email copies remain in the business mailbox for enquiry handling and follow-up. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Abuse prevention

The form handler uses a short-lived keyed hash of your connection's IP address to limit repeated requests. It does not put the raw IP address in its rate-limit file. Entries expire after one day and are removed when the form is next used. Hosting and email services may separately maintain operational logs.

Calculators and PDF reports

The solar and EMI calculators run in your browser. Their inputs and PDF report contents are not sent to our team or to the voice assistant. A downloaded PDF is stored where your browser saves it.

Aggregate traffic counts

On the production domain, the site counts page views by day, page path and referring website hostname. It does not use analytics cookies, visitor IDs, cross-site tracking or full referrer URLs. The counter does not save IP addresses or user-agent strings. It respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. Aggregate records are kept for up to 13 months and cleaned when the counter is used. These are page-view counts, not unique-visitor counts.

AI voice assistant

Website pages include the Andromeda Urdu AI assistant powered by ElevenLabs. Loading it connects your browser to ElevenLabs and the unpkg script provider. When you start a conversation, the service processes your messages and, for voice calls, microphone audio. Review the widget's consent terms before starting; communications may be recorded, stored and shared with its service providers. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy. The widget may use browser storage to operate. Calculator inputs and contact form fields are not automatically supplied to it.

Hosting and local fonts

Fonts and main images are served from this website. The hosting provider processes connection information needed to deliver pages and protect its systems. The site's own analytics do not set cookies; the separate AI widget's storage and processing are described above.
